As a People Operations and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Vorpcel, you will support the full employee journey, from the first candidate interaction through onboarding and day-to-day people operations. You will help us hire carefully while keeping internal processes clear, fair and human.
You will own recruiting coordination and execution for technical and business roles, and you will maintain the records, workflows and employee support that a distributed team depends on. Confidentiality, consistency and good judgment are essential in every part of the role.
You will work with hiring managers and leadership to improve how Vorpcel attracts, evaluates, welcomes and supports people as the company grows.
Lo que harás
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from role intake and sourcing through interviews, references and offers.
- Source and engage qualified candidates for technical, security and business roles.
- Create a responsive, respectful and well-communicated candidate experience.
- Build structured interview plans, scorecards and guidance that support fair hiring decisions.
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure new employees have clear information, access and support.
- Maintain accurate employee records, people systems, documents and recurring operational workflows.
- Coordinate policies, leave, benefits and employment documentation with internal and external specialists.
- Respond to day-to-day employee questions with discretion, empathy and reliable follow-through.
- Track recruiting and people operations metrics and identify practical process improvements.
- Help leadership maintain clear, consistent and inclusive practices across a distributed team.
Lo que buscamos
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, people operations, human resources or a combined role.
- Ability to manage multiple recruiting processes with strong organization and candidate communication.
- Experience sourcing and evaluating candidates for technical or specialized positions.
- Working knowledge of structured interviewing, fair selection practices and candidate data privacy.
- Experience maintaining sensitive employee information and operational documentation accurately.
- Clear written and verbal communication with candidates, employees and hiring managers.
- High discretion, empathy, consistency and sound judgment in confidential situations.
- Ability to operate independently, improve processes and follow through on detailed work.
- Nice to have: experience supporting remote teams across more than one country or employment model.
- Nice to have: familiarity with HR systems, recruiting analytics, benefits operations or employment compliance.
