About the role
As Partnerships Manager at Vorpcel, you will develop the relationships and operating model behind our partner ecosystem. Your scope will include resellers, managed security service providers, referral partners, technology alliances and product integrations.
You will identify the right partners, establish mutual value, structure agreements and give partners the knowledge and support needed to succeed. The goal is not a large list of inactive logos, but a focused portfolio that creates customer value and measurable commercial outcomes.
You will coordinate closely with sales, marketing, product, engineering and leadership while owning partner performance, communication and continuous improvement.
What you will do
- Define partner priorities, target profiles and plans aligned with Vorpcel's go-to-market strategy.
- Identify, qualify and recruit resellers, MSSPs, referral partners and technology partners.
- Structure business cases, commercial models, responsibilities and success measures for each partnership.
- Coordinate due diligence, negotiation, contracting and operational onboarding.
- Create partner enablement, playbooks, product training and joint go-to-market plans.
- Support partner-led opportunities and coordinate technical or commercial resources when needed.
- Maintain partner pipeline, attribution, forecasts and performance reporting.
- Resolve channel conflicts and protect clear, fair rules of engagement.
- Develop integration and alliance opportunities with product and engineering teams.
- Review partner health regularly and invest, correct or exit based on evidence.
What we look for
- Demonstrated experience in partnerships, channels, alliances or business development for B2B software.
- Ability to evaluate strategic fit and turn a relationship into an executable joint plan.
- Experience structuring and negotiating commercial agreements and partner operating models.
- Strong relationship management across commercial, technical and executive stakeholders.
- Understanding of pipeline management, partner attribution, forecasting and performance metrics.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including partner presentations and enablement.
- Strong organization, follow-through and comfort owning programs with limited oversight.
- Sound judgment when balancing partner needs, customer outcomes and direct sales priorities.
- Nice to have: experience with cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure or managed service providers.
- Nice to have: experience building a partner program or supporting technical integrations.
